Benjamin Valerio is an associate with McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP. He is the firm's law and appellate attorney practicing in all areas of litigation at the firm. He has experience prosecuting appeals in both the state and federal systems.
Mr. Valerio graduated from Vassar College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature. In 1997, he graduated from The University of Michigan Law School where he was an Executive Editor of The University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform. Mr. Valerio served as a law clerk to the Honorable John Corbett O'Meara in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Prior to joining McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP, Mr. Valerio was a litigation associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and a Vice President for Legal Affairs at Paramount Pictures Corporation.
Mr. Valerio is admitted to practice in all of the California State Courts
including Central, Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of the United States District Courts. He is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
