Catherine Burke Schmidt is an associate with McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP. She was admitted to practice in California in 2001. She graduated from University of San Diego School of Law in the top third of her class. She received her bachelor of arts degree from UCLA in 1996.
Prior to joining McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP, Catherine served as an associate in an Orange County plaintiff's firm, achieving six figure and seven figure settlements for victims of wrongful termination, toxic exposure, and vehicular accidents.
