Juan C. Victoria is an associate with McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP. He practices in all areas of litigation, including the areas of personal injury, civil rights, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.

Juan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach. At CSULB, Juan graduated cum laude and was honored with the John T. Amendt Award for outstanding scholarship in Political Science. He is a graduate of U.C. Hastings College of the Law, where he participated in the Hastings Civil Justice Clinic and served as a member and chair of the La Raza's Law Students' Association.

In 2010 and 2011 Juan was recognized by his peers as one of the top lawyers under the age of forty in Southern California as listed on the Rising Stars list by Southern California Super Lawyers.  This distinct honor is only bestowed on 2.5% of practicing attorneys.

Juan is admitted to practice before the California State Courts as well as the Central District of the United States District Courts. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, Mexican American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
