Emily R. Pincin


Associate Emily Pincin practices in all areas of civil litigation, including employment lawpersonal injury, products liability, and mass torts. She supports the firm’s cases from beginning to end and has experience handling the various aspects of the litigation process for clients throughout the entire course of the representation.  Ms. Pincin also has an emphasis in representing public entity employees in whistleblower-employment actions, failure to accommodate and disability discrimination actions, and sexual harassment actions.

Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, Ms. Pincin clerked for McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP for more than two years. During her tenure at Loyola Law School, she clerked for the Honorable Ronald S. W. Lew in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, where she gained extensive knowledge into federal litigation practice. In law school, she was a Note and Comment Editor for Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and published an article entitled “People v. Buza: A Step in the Wrong Direction.

Ms. Pincin is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the United States District Court (Central District), and the United States District Court (Northern District).
