Jason L. Oliver

Jason L. Oliver has almost 30 years of experience representing Californians in employment and personal injury cases. He has carved out a niche in helping victims of sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation (including whistleblower retaliation).

Mr. Oliver has recovered over $100 million in jury verdicts, awards and settlements for his employment and personal injury clients. He is especially noted by his legal peers as a tenacious litigator and strong advocate for employee rights, as well as his analytical, research, writing, and oral argument skills.

Since 2011, Mr. Oliver has been a guest lecturer for the Pasadena Unified School District Pathways program, where he educates students about pathways to careers in law. He has been a guest panelist on the topic of punitive damages at Southwestern University School of Law and California Employment Lawyers Association.  He also enjoys being part of his community. For years he has volunteered as a Little League Baseball and Brotherhood football and basketball coach and at his local YMCA. Recently, Mr. Oliver has worked to help many of his neighbors in Altadena and Pasadena following the Eaton Fire as they take steps to recover after the devastating wildfires in 2025.
