Loren Nizinski

Senior Attorney

With more than three decades in civil law, Loren Nizinski now turns his attention to assist McNicholas & McNicholas in representing police officers and firefighters in complex disputes with their departments, and victims of personal injury matters. Fluent in Spanish, he has tried cases in state and federal courts and before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and other administrative agencies and has achieved millions of dollars in settlements and awards for clients.

Previously, Mr. Nizinski owned a general practice firm specializing in personal injury, civil rights litigation, workers’ compensation, Social Security law, business litigation and other areas.

An active member of the community, Mr. Nizinski helps children and adults with disabilities and special needs obtain government benefits and services. He is a member of The Guardians of the Los Angeles Jewish Home for the Aging and is on the executive board of the Shaarey Zedek Congregation. Additionally, he is a volunteer Tai Chi instructor with the City of Los Angeles Department of Parks & Recreation and plays bass in the Valley Symphony Orchestra.
