Kaylee Van der Zee

Kaylee Van der Zee handles a diverse range of personal injury cases at McNicholas & McNicholas. Her practice area covers product liability, premises liability, wrongful death, and motor vehicle accidents. Prior to becoming an associate, she worked as a personal injury and mass tort law clerk at the firm, assisting attorneys at each stage of the litigation process.

During her time at Loyola Law School, Ms. Van der Zee gained valuable experience in labor and employment matters. She also dedicated her time to pro bono efforts at the Guardianship Clinic at Stanley Mosk Courthouse, offering guidance on filing guardianship and visitation petitions.
