Whittier Daily News Reports on $3 Million Settlement in Illegal Ticket Quota Retaliation Case
As reported by Whittier Daily News Report, McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP secured a $3 million settlement on behalf of six Whittier police officers who were allegedly retaliated against for refusing to participate in an illegal quota.
Through the City of Whittier’s official statement, Partner Matt McNicholas said that “[his] clients are happy to put the litigation behind them … both sides worked very hard to come to resolution.”
