Us Weekly Interviews Joseph McNally About Timothy Busfield Abuse Case
Us Weekly interviewed Joseph McNally, Director of Emerging Litigation, about the psychosexual report in the Timothy Busfield child sex abuse case. He noted that the reports cannot definitively establish whether abuse occurred, and that the tests are not always accurate.
“There is a saying: garbage in, garbage out. If you do not have accurate information being provided to an evaluator, the results of the evaluation are not going to be accurate. These evaluations can be problematic because they are vulnerable to being manipulated by offenders,” McNally said to Us Weekly.
