Samuel Hutchins is an Associate with an emphasis on employment, premises liability, catastrophic personal injury and mass tort matters. He has helped on significant firm matters, including the 2017 Creek Fire, the Porter Ranch Gas Leak, and the 2017 Las Vegas Shooting.
Mr. Hutchins joined the firm in 2017 as a Law Clerk while attending Loyola Law School. During that time, he assisted with the preparation and writing of pleadings, motions, ex-parte applications and other necessary documents at all stages of litigation. In May 2021, Mr. Hutchins obtained his Juris Doctorate and graduated in the top 15% of his class, Mr. Hutchins graduated with honors in Loyola’s Civil Litigation Concentration.
Prior to law school, Mr. Hutchins worked in advertising account management and spent a number of years as an insurance agent and adjuster. Mr. Hutchins obtained his B.A. at Chapman University.
Mr. Hutchins is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and United States District Court for the Central District of California.
