Partner Patrick McNicholas Set to Present at 2025 CAALA Las Vegas Conference
Partner Patrick McNicholas is scheduled to speak at the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) Annual Las Vegas Conference on August 29. McNicholas will participate in the panel, Ride Share, Delivery Services, E-Bikes, Scooters, where he will address product liability issues related to electric transportation.
McNicholas has over 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer and extensive expertise representing clients in cases involving catastrophic injuries, product liability, sexual assault, and other consumer-related issues such as civil rights, aviation disasters, and class actions.
